Quite literally may be the best company I have ordered from. I just did my first return and it was so easy. And they arranged to have it picked up from my house! Seriously, this company gets it. Thank you for AMAZING service!

I ordered the “Alexander Wang Primal Large Tote” but received the medium version instead. The product title was completely wrong. Customer service was quick to arrange a return, but it was unnecessary trouble that could easily have been prevented.

In the age of shopping on line, Cettire did not include a return label or any information inside shipment. I had to contact them to make my return, then wait, then find an old confirmation email, then login, create an account, then follow links to find and create a return label.
I am making purchases from companies that include a return label and make returns easy. (I would’ve loved to keep this item but it did not fit) Also, Cettire requires a quick turnaround for a return. If I were out of town for a week and did not get this back immediately I might not get a refund. No thanks.

Seamless experience and my shoes arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Unfortunately the shoes were too big but Cettire made this seamless as well as DHL came to my house the following day to pick up the package! Would shop here again and already made my next purchase

I returned 2 items almost 4 weeks ago and I purchased 2 items again.

I wish they tell you before you pay the items the Estimated delivery time . Other than that everything was fine . Item well packet and mint condition .

I ordered 2 items and one came with the wrong size!!!

Item was authentic, updates on tracking took pretty long after purchase but I guess maybe because it was coming from Italy. Overall I’d probably shop again if I can find more good deals.
